Return & refund policy
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, return it in the 30 days following your purchase, in its original condition and packaging with your original receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. Some exceptions and conditions apply*.
Notwithstanding this Return Policy, Cappco reserves the right to limit or refuse a return for a reason not stated above. This Return Policy may be modified at any time without notice.
Damaged or defective products are subject to the legal or manufacturer’s warranty, as applicable.
Cancelling an order:
To partially or totally cancel an online purchase made via the Cappco website, simply contact us at 450-974-1211 or firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (ET). Please quote the order number indicated in the email you received. A refund will be made to your account on the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the refund.
Cappco reserves the right to cancel an online purchase at any time before the item is delivered or picked up at the store, without prior notice.
- Our shipping will prepare your order within 72 hours. The items that must be ordered from the distribution centre will be prepared within 7 to 14 days.
- You will receive an email when your products are ready for pick-up or has shipped out.

Collection of Personal Information Online
Information You Provide
When you visit the Cappco website, Cappco may provide you with the opportunity to become a registered online user, but will not require that you register. If you register, you will be asked to provide limited contact information and you may also sign up for e-mail newsletters. Cappco may use third party companies to authenticate and validate the information you provide to Cappco. Your registration information may be merged with additional information we already possess or information provided by the third parties to enhance our marketing efforts. The information you provide while visiting Cappco website may also be combined with marketing research from internal and external sources and may be used to determine informational and shopping preferences.
If you choose to purchase products online from Cappco website you generally will need to provide the following information, and potentially other specific information, so that we can fulfill your order:
- First and Last Name
- First and Last Name of person authorized to pick-up the product (if other than yourself)
- Contact Phone Number(s)
- Shipping/Billing Address
- Email Address
- Payment Information
Cappco requests a phone number in case one of our Customer Care representatives need to reach you. Cappco requests an email address because we may send transactional e-mails acknowledging receipt of your order and providing updates on the processing of your order, and potentially to request your feedback related to your shopping experience. You may also be given the choice of receiving future marketing e-mails or newsletters at the e-mail address you provide. Your order information will also be used to track and analyze shopping trends.
Cappco uses the Authorize.net payment service. Any information you transmit on cappco.qc.ca is processed by a data encryption system called Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The moment you visit a secure page, your browser will post a message indicating that the document you have requested is secure, and informing you that the information you transmit through that page will be encrypted to guarantee its confidentiality. The page address will begin with “https.”
During an online purchase, the payment page is sent to Authorize.net verification service so that Cappco does not keep the banking information entered in its systems.
You can make your online purchases with a credit card by entering the cardholder’s name as well as the billing address during the online purchase process. Complete credit card payments at time of purchase are the only payment method for making purchases online. VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards issued by Canadian banks are all accepted. For authorization purposes, payment information is transmitted to Optimal Payments via SSL. Cappco complies fully with all PCI standards. Cappco reserves its right to confirm the validity of the transaction with the cardholder.
When you shop online, the entire payment for your purchase is charged to your credit card when you place your order. Prepaid cards are not recommended for making online purchases. Federal and provincial taxes are based on the prevailing rates at the time of purchase. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.
The Consumer Protection Act gives a warranty on all goods you purchase or lease from a merchant. The goods must be usable: for the purpose for which they are ordinarily used (section 37 of the Act) and in normal use for a reasonable length of time, which may vary according to the price paid, the terms of the contract and the conditions of use (section 38 of the Act).
